1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our Site, you may notify our Copyright Agent of your claim by sending a written communication to the Designated Copyright Agent as set forth below.

Your notice must include the following information:

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice. This must also be sent to the email above and must include:

  • Identification of the removed material and its location prior to removal.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or where the service provider is located if you are outside the US).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

TriLumination reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
